Job Description

  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Admissions Success program by generating leads, enrolling students and participating in product development
  • Partner closely with Sales department to set the strategy for the acquisition of more students
  • Develop consulting business through the implementation of programs to maximize customer satisfaction and the company’s revenues
  • Hold virtual or in-person consultations for prospective clients and make recommendations for best-fit schools based on customer needs; introduce the programs and /or elaborate academic planning to clients
  • Educate prospective clients on the key features and benefits of our Admissions Success program
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and ensures successful delivery and execution of the program
  • Communicate with the advisors and admission counselors about assigned students’ information regularly and manage both students and advisors’ class schedules
  • Coordinate online sessions of students and counselors and monitor closely of student cases and progress
  • Manage and coordinate activities such as completing all required class reports, recruiting counselors, managing customer service of the program, answering clients’ questions regarding admission applications, reviewing team progress and performance, assisting sales departments worldwide in product training, and so on.
  • Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement, managing the program costs.
  • Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure program goals are achieved
  • Research on market needs and competitors’ strategies on a timely basis.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Director

Required skills

  • BA/BS degree from a leading school in Education or relevant field required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Over 3 years of high school and/or college counseling experience
  • Has developed a strong network amongst high school/college counselors AND connections with mass student/client bases
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Microsoft Outlook
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Result-oriented, detail-oriented, and patient
  • Must have a flexible work schedule that may include overtime hours and weekend work
