Day to Day Tasks
-Executing service repairs on the road and in the shop
-Available 24/7 for customers to troubleshoot concerns during the sugaring season (January-May. weather dependant)
-Present during select customer installations
-Required interstate and out of state travel as needed to resolve customer issues
-Submitting real time invoices and status updates
-Communicating with the Service Manager
-Communicating proper company policies to customers and working within those guidelines
Skills
Strong Industry Knowledge
Strong electrical background a plus
Strong mechanical background a plus
Computer skills and organization skills
Resourcefulness and problem solving
Ability to work under pressure
Eagerness to create and improve current processes for increased efficiency
