Seeking a dynamic sales professional to join a growing Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care Community in East County San Diego. Candidate must be a dynamic, energetic sales professional, master of sales and marketing and a true self starter who is able to produce results.
Primary job functions of the Sales Associate: is to manage inside and outside sales required to attract new residents to each community. Foster positive relationships with referral network and professional organizations. Other responsibilities will include follow up phone calls to potential residents, maintain a lead database, community tours and hosting external and in-house prospect events for the Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
Requirements of the Sales Associate: Candidates must have excellent computer skills, strong interpersonal communication skills, professional presentation and speaking skills. Candidate must also be organized and able to manage sales/marketing responsibilities. Candidate must be goal driven and able to close deals in a highly competitive market.
This is a full-time position and is eligible for a full benefit package to include medical, dental, vision, personal time-off and 401K.
Great bonus structure. Potential to double the salary amount.
Previous senior living experience is required.
