Job Description

We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team! You will perform clerical, administrative, and basic accounting functions in order to drive company success. We will train the right candidate with a helpful, warm, proactive, and willing attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Organize, distribute, and respond to emails
  • Plan and schedule appointments, calendars, service reminders, and work orders
  • Organize, prepare, and distribute incoming mail
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Prepare customer invoices and post payments
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual English and Spanish candidate given strong preference
  • Experience with QuickBooks preferred
  • Excellent English spelling and grammar
  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent demonstration of initiative and willingness to pitch in
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changes
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Solid attendance record
