At Landis, you will be an integral part of shaping a compassionate and innovative culture that supports the company's growth. 

This is a full-time position based in Indianapolis, IN.

Where you will make an impact:

  • Own all aspects of our agent relationships to drive client referrals
  • Leverage multiple channels (phone, email, text) to increase agent growth and retention
  • Host lunch & learns and webinars to educate agents about the Landis program
  • Think critically about sales data and recommend new strategies to scale agent relationships
  • Meticulously record prospect feedback to improve product and processes
  • Roll up your sleeves and get out of your comfort zone to reach targets
  • Implement workflow/automation to reduce administrative tasks for the team
  • Work in coordination with the Client Success team to ensure proper relationship management with the brokerage community

You are:

  • Excited to collaborate with our small but growing team

Your experience: 

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or at a startup, preferably in real estate
  • Organized and enjoys keeping information in a centralized place
  • Data driven: you utilize data to help shape the future of the organization
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high energy on the phone
  • Strong presentation skills and love of hosting webinar
