Job Description


Landcore Builders LLC, located in Milton WV, currently has an opening for an Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently with little supervision.

Job summary:  

·         Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing, coding, and processing payments

·         Perform account receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition

·         Conduct reconciliation of all accounts on an as needed basis

·         Assist in the preparation and processing of Payroll

·         Support all office and field supervisors and staff as needed

Qualification requirements

  • 1-3 years related experience preferred
  • Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
  • Experience in MS Office, including the ability to operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet programs
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills; high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Experience with QuickBooks preferred

Job Type: Full Time

Benefits: Benefits will be available after a 60-day probationary period.  Benefits include Health with Vision, 401K, and PTO.

Rate of pay:  Based on experience
