Landcore Builders LLC, located in Milton WV, currently has an opening for an Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently with little supervision.
· Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing, coding, and processing payments
· Perform account receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition
· Conduct reconciliation of all accounts on an as needed basis
· Assist in the preparation and processing of Payroll
· Support all office and field supervisors and staff as needed
- 1-3 years related experience preferred
- Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
- Experience in MS Office, including the ability to operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet programs
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills; high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
- Experience with QuickBooks preferred
