International Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

· Demonstrate exceptional customer service to our international customers

· Provides expertise and guidance to customers regarding our products

· Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner

· Prepare all required export documents to ensure the proper movement of goods, and provide documentation to the appropriate parties.

· Work effectively with customers, vendors, warehouse personnel to complete and schedule daily shipments according to delivery requirements.

· Coordinate shipment movement with freight forwarders and carriers

· Prepare seasonal samples and literature for customers

· Develop knowledge for tariff classification for AES filing

· Maintain export records for audit purposes

· Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

· 1-3 years related business experience and/or customer service

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Able to resolve issues by using problem solving skills

· Detail oriented and ability to prioritize a must

· Excellent problem-solving skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

· Fluent in Spanish a plus
