Job Description

The Brand Manager is responsible for promoting brand growth and expansion, collaborating on brand strategies and using a variety of data to drive engagement, brand recognition and brand identity. Our brands include Lancaster Archery Supply, Lancaster Archery Academy, Competition Archery Media (CAM), Galaxy Archery and Lancaster Archery Foundation. The Brand Manager will manage all social pages for the brands including creating content plus the development and execution of all paid ads. This position will also develop marketing partnerships with media and external partners in an attempt to expand the reach of each of our brands, including managing our affiliate program.

Primary Duties Responsibilities:

  • Manage all social platforms for all brands, creating and executing regularly scheduled post and ads
  • Develop and execute paid ads on Google Ads, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram
  • Review targeted spends and make real-time adjustments in order to optimize brand marketing campaign performance
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to identify opportunities, design concepts and promotions to capture sales and market share
  • Manage external media and affiliate partners while identifying new opportunities in affiliates
  • Employ social listening tools, keying in on social sentiment and insight on brand discussion
  • Conduct research and analysis of data across social engagement and conversions to identify focus segments for marketing plans
  • Identify areas of weak brand awareness and propose detailed plans on how to increase market share in these segments
  • Provide promotional ideas based on current trends and similar markets
  • Collaborate with eComm team on promotions and current trends, provide recommendations on increasing site conversions
  • Create monthly reporting of all social analytics and conversions, identifying key trends
  • Work closely with Senior Video Producer to plan high impact content based on current trends and identify how to increase engagement
  • Contribute to local, on the ground brand events to create a social and marketing impact, specifically for the LAS Pro Shop and Academy
  • Manage CAM social for all live events, either on the ground or remotely
  • Some travel may be required over weekends for high profile events or events identified as crucial for brand engagement

Qualifications: 

·         Minimum 3 years of experience as a Social Media Coordinator or related job title

·         Expertise in multiple social media platforms

·         In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics

·         Ability to deliver creative content or utilize in house creative

·         Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels

·         Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Multitasking and analytical skills

·         BS or Associate degree in Marketing, New media or relevant field preferred

·         Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical writing

·         Strong work ethic, self-motivating and able to work independently and in a team
