Lamps Plus, Inc., a leader in the retail lighting industry, is looking for a talented Web Graphic Designer to help elevate our digital marketing efforts and improve our online presence. The Web Graphic Designer works on a variety of marketing initiatives and website design projects, creating clean and compelling designs that elevate the aesthetic of our brand. They work with senior Creative and Marketing staff to ensure deadlines for time-sensitive campaigns are met, and that brand consistency is maintained both within their projects as well as across channels.

The Web Graphic Designer works on a variety of marketing initiatives and website design projects, creating clean and compelling designs that elevate the aesthetic of our brand. They work with senior Creative and Marketing staff to ensure deadlines for time-sensitive campaigns are met, and that brand consistency is maintained both within their projects as well as across channels.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create unique and innovative designs and campaign assets for all Lamps Plus brands in collaboration with senior team creative members and marketing/executive stakeholders.
- Work both independently and collaboratively to develop creative concepts and final visual assets for landing pages, sale events, and other web creative projects, as well as designs for social media, SMS marketing and email campaigns.
- Occasionally develop wireframe concepts for new features and user journeys for use in prototyping and user testing.
- Help set and maintain standards and processes to improve the efficiency and quality of the design & production.
- Maintain well organized project files and aid in the archiving of projects via remote connectivity tools.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Arts degree or equivalent experience required.
- Must have 4+ years professional experience designing for Web and new media projects, preferably for retail/e-commerce.
- Outstanding design skills and creativity, with a focus on clean and refined retail/e-commerce-oriented aesthetics.
- Strong understanding of Web design, typography, color theory and current website/application standards.
- Software expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, with emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator, XD and Dream Weaver.
- Working knowledge of video and motion graphics production using After Effects and Premiere
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint.)
- Basic knowledge of hands-on HTML and CSS coding, social platform image formats and standards, and email campaign design conventions.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and methods.
- Excellent communication, project management and prioritization skills.
- Must be comfortable working in a mixed MacOS and Windows environment.
