Lamppost Pizza in Damonte Ranch is looking for a dough/cheese guru. Your task will be, using our Hobart VCM40, to grate our unique cheese as well as prepare and roll lots and lots of doughballs. Lots of doughballs. Looking for 4 days per week (Thursday-Sunday), 2-5 hours per day depending on how much dough needs to be made for the day. This is a great job for someone who likes to put their head down, listen to tunes, hunker down and roll roll roll the finest doughballs in Northern Nevada. Not a lot of social interaction. You will not have to deal with customers. If you have experience in a kitchen, great. If not, we will train the right candidate. 15$/hr plus tips, which lately have been averaging $3-$4/hr however that fluctuates.
