Job Description

As a commercial truck dealership selling International® trucks, we are expanding our sales team and are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals to help us continue to grow our business and market share!

Job Details

  • Meet or exceed sales objectives for new truck and used truck deliveries
  • Prospect for customers in a designated territory or assigned account list
  • Proactively identify and engage prospective truck-buyers – developing strategies to grow relationships
  • Provide assistance to customers who can benefit from Lakeside products and services – including walk-in and call-in customers
  • Prepare quotes and proposals, provide test drives and perform presentations highlighting truck features
  • Use all reasonable methods of prospecting for customers by telephone or by making calls to individuals and businesses outside of the dealership
  • Prepare and submit sales call reports utilizing the enterprise CRM system

Ideal Candidate Is

  • Confident and possesses a positive, can-do attitude
  • Customer-focused and stops at nothing to ensure the customer is 100% satisfied
  • An excellent communicator, including an awareness of others and the ability to listen with clarity
  • Savvy in utilizing computers, internet, social platforms and digital technology to research and connect with truck buyers
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experienced in B2B sales or has commercial equipment sales experience
  • A college graduate with an emphasis in Business or equivalent knowledge and experience in medium and heavy-duty trucks or the automobile industry
  • Committed to continuously increasing knowledge of truck and equipment specifications and updates
  • CDL license (or ability to obtain one)
  • Wisconsin State Salesperson License (or ability to obtain one)
