Lakeshore Talent is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for one of their clients, a large healthcare company based in Centennial, CO. This is an in-office, contract to hire position and pays $17.50 per hour.
Proof of Covid and Flu vaccinations, background check, and drug screen (excluding THC) required upon hire.
- Answer all incoming calls and connect callers with the correct extension
- Take and relay messages in an accurate and timely manner
- Respond to emergency and urgent calls from patients in a timely manner; direct callers immediately to clinical staff as necessary
- Provide a pleasant and helpful phone call for callers
- Responsible for opening and closing the switchboard
- Responsible for the in-house paging system
- Perform clerical duties as assigned to maintain department workflow
- High school diploma or GED required, college degree preferred
- 2+ years of call center experience required, preferably in a medical setting
- 5 years of office experience preferred, preferably in a medical setting
- Excellent customer service
