HR Administrative Assistant

Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a well-known global company based in downtown Denver in their search for an HR Admin Assistant. The primarily role of this is to provide Administrative Assistance, prior HR experience is not required.
This will be a 4-month temporary position with potential to extend or turn into a long-term role. This can be on a hybrid schedule, working from home 1-2 days a week after training.
Hours: 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday. Start time can be flexible as long as it is prior to 9am.
To assist the HR team with administrative help while the HR team focuses on global projects
Assist with Excel reporting (VLOOKUP’s required) and mail merging
Work with the Denver and America’s HR team as well as the global corporate team
Strong Excel and MS Suite knowledge will be required
Oracle experience is a plus but not required
If hired, candidates must pass a background check, a drug test, and provide proof covid vaccinations
