LSF is currently looking for a driven, ambitious facility and systems operations leader that is looking to take on a great role managing all facility operations of a large scale health club.Join a fast-growing company that started in 2010 with 80 employees and now has close to 1,000 in 6 managed/owned locations. We are in search of a highly motivated General Manager of Operations that can help build our systems and is willing to commit themselves to managing and learning and owning all aspects of building upkeep, service standards, and standard operating procedures.

Successful candidate must have a solid understanding of operational management skills for a breadth of responsibilities. The operations side of the business is constantly changing and adapting to our clients' needs. The candidate must be willing to step into daily operational roles to support the broader team when necessary and then will be tasked with helping develop systems, teams, and procedures to improve what we do.

A key responsibility of the role includes communication and schedule management and proactively acting on any conditions within the facility including but not limited to facility cleanliness, maintenance, supplies, systems and events. Looking for a proven ability to develop project plans around even the smallest operational challenge. Experience with facility managment including housekeeping, mainteance and front desk operations a plus. Proven skills in scheduling, ordering, vendor relations and budget management are desirable. Looking for fun teammates that are driven to grow themselves personally through hard work and a desire to learn daily.
