Job Description
Our company is looking for a Customer Service Associate who can assist clients resolve issues relating to products and establish trust and retain customers. The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for the products directly and address the concerns of clients professionally and positively. You should have sound knowledge of products and be patient in handling the customer.
1. Develop customer service skills and attend product briefing sessions to familiarize yourself with our products.
2. Resolve customer queries by emails, phone, walk-in, fax, mail.
3. Process incoming calls and log them into the CRM system.
4. Forwarding customer queries and escalating them to the responsible departments and individuals.
5. Contacting customers to provide them with giving appropriate feedback on the resolved query.
6. Maintain full confidentiality and discretion regarding information.
7. Identify customer needs and perform duties as the case arises.
8. Update customer information in the database.
9. Provide outstanding customer service.
1. A high school diploma and/or suitable certificate.
2. Experience with CRM systems.
3. Excellent telephonic conversation skills and etiquette.
4. Exceptional MS-Office proficiency.
5. Strong conversational skills and ability to resolve issues.
6. Ability to work beyond fix timings and sit for long periods.
7. Strong multi-tasking skills and organizational abilities.
8. Ability to maintain calm and composure in stressful situations.
9. Understand complex concepts and able to explain them in simple words to customers.
