If so, you may be the Amazon eCommerce Manager we are looking for. This is an opportunity to co-develop and optimize the Amazon Storefront and presence of the fastest growing women’s weight loss company in the country. You must have lengthy & extensive experience as an Amazon seller and eCommerce storefront/operations manager (supplement industry preferred) to be considered for this position.

Location:

This job will be located in our Albuquerque, NM headquarters office. If you are not already local, this position would begin as a remote ‘work from home’ position contingent on a 30 day review with a mandatory relocation to our Albuquerque, NM office. Relocation is a requirement for this role once it is deemed a good fit.

THE JOB

Your role as Amazon Product Coordinator is to ensure that the flow of all physical products and assets move efficiently and with high standards, start to finish, from internal process and creation, to the Amazon storefront. You will see things through to “the end” starting with inventory forecast & fulfillment, moving into quality and inventory control, development of product descriptions and promotional copy for product listing, co-developing and implementing marketing strategies within the Amazon sales platform, all the while leading your team through the highest customer support expectations for LadyBoss Amazon customers. You will oversee a team of people dedicated to the growth and success of our Amazon eCommerce presence & storefront, control over maintaining and scaling our ‘Subscribe and Save’ Club customer base, responding to reviews and product questions, and expanding into the global marketplace while adhering to all import/export policies. In addition to providing management and control over our Amazon Branch and close collaboration with our general supplements team, this position is also responsible for working with many other departments in a joint effort to keep a consistent timeline of Advertising & Promotion schedules, customer care expectations, policies and procedures, software management, bookkeeping and any other aspects that may arise.

This is a dynamic role and will constantly evolve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Amazon Store Management
  • Software & Seller Central add-ons account management (3rd party Amazon programs)
  • Amazon inventory & quality control
  • FBA + FBM * Optimize product listings and listing names/titles
  • Optimize & manage back end key words, search terms
  • Oversee & initiate Amazon strategies for increased traffic, revenue, and ratings
  • Management of buyer email sequences
  • Create and launch campaigns to keep Seller Feedback and Product Review ratings up
  • Work with Director to engage in Amazon Events/promotional days to drive sales & increase revenue while capturing new traffic & capitalizing on all leads
  • Mindful of promotions, dates and times impacting inventory needs
  • Management of product coupons, promotions, subscribe & save accounts,
  • Management of all necessary softwares (native or otherwise)
  • In depth understanding of Ads strategies and consistent + effective collaboration with LadyBoss Ads Team
  • Bookkeeping; Submitting FBA shipments, keeping clean and up to date accounts/books
  • Oversee Amazon Seller Support staff & support process
  • Maintain good relationship with Fulfillment Team (warehouse & Amazon)
  • Correspond with external partners and service providers as pertaining to the Amazon storefront or Seller features
  • Team Leadership responsibilities and reporting
  • Meeting consistent deadlines for Promotions and Campaigns
  • Communication between other LadyBoss teams working toward company goals and objectives
  • Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports management
  • Creating and follow through on all sales and promotions
  • Keeping up to date records on all Amazon Seller policies, regulations, procedures, and guidelines
  • Adhering to all Seller policies and procedures
  • Manage & audit damages, removals, and lost inventory
  • Drive more traffic, increase cart value, increase conversion to produce revenue

Your Experience Includes:

  • 2+ years of experience in quality & inventory control
  • 2+ years experience in the Supplement industry desired
  • Previous Amazon Seller Experience
  • Demonstrated ability to follow sales trends & schedule promotions accordingly
  • Designing and implementing sales campaigns
  • Hiring and managing a team for support and content creation/adaptation

Your Achievements Include:

  • Successful promotional launches as an Amazon seller and/or other direct sales platforms
  • Created, designed, and optimized Amazon Storefront & Product pages
  • Demonstrable typing skill & copy creation
  • Ran multiple projects at once, kept them on track and achieved desired results on time
