Executive / Admin assistant (12-16hrs a week)

We are looking for a local executive/admin assistant to help us out with various tasks related to our businesses in the Craig Ranch area of McKinney.

This jobs requires to work from OUR home and non-smoking help is desired due to a health condition. We'd rather not have someone who already has a FT job, as things will need to be done during the day.

You need to be incredibly detail oriented, reliable to a fault, communicative to a fault, and must love the aromas of fresh cooking as we are always cooking yummy vegetarian/vegan meals.

Exec/admin assistant will be working on:

• Personal Management

  • Manage Communication via email/text/phone calls

  • Keep us ON TRACK with emails, meetings and important tasks

  • Schedule the week for efficient time management

  • Collect mail from mail box and send packages & mails out

• Record Management

  • Keep track of Monthly bills

  • Organize the documents for easy access

  • Document the processes & contacts for later usage

  • Requires good documentation skills using notes, word, excel & ppt.

• Real-Estate Transaction management

  • Keep track of the leads and generate reports using various tools such as propelio, CADs, county tax offices.

  • Document the required info about the properties by following lead sheets.

  • Drive to the properties as needed to take pics & attend appts as needed.

  • Prepare contracts by following templates

  • Communicate w/all parties involved in closing for timely closure

  • Follow the closing process

• Office Management

  • Work with VAs to keep track of data cleanup for lead management & marketing

  • Follow-up with contractors and other parties while making properties ready to rent, sell & buy.

Pay - $15/hr -$20/hr + BONUS for each closing

Previous EA experience is preferred! Background will be verified.
