· The following requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required:
QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Publisher, Power Point & Outlook.
Having Oracle is a plus.(Great Plains or Peachtree)
· Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as commissions, proportions and percentages.
· Excellent communication skills for interfacing with clients and agents. Having a knowledge of Real Estate is a plus. Need someone who can think outside the box.
· Pleasant disposition and willingness to work with others.
· Driving may also be required. Please no smoking while on duty
This position requires a minimum of 3 years of recent experience with QuickBooks Desktop.
Temp to Perm position!!
Prepare Company’s monthly financial statements, reconcile bank accounts, accounts payable, ad hoc
reports and other financial projects as assigned.
· Prepare deposits and bank runs as needed.
· Prepare quarterly agent invoices.
· Process Agent’s Commissions checks as needed.
· Onboard all new Agents as necessary.
· Handle and oversee IT as necessary.
· Process and oversee payroll as necessary.
· Answer the main phone line for incoming sign calls and transfer to appropriate agents as necessary.
· Schedule meetings for both the CEO & Vice President as needed.
· Purchase & maintain office supplies & fixed assets as required.
