Job Description

{Working 8 hours x 5 days (M-F) but the shifts rotate slightly. Shifts are listed below, and we attempt to balance the rotations as best we can (so one person isn't always the early/late person on a given day}.

  • 7a-3:30p , 8a-4:30p 9:30a-6p, 10:30a-7p

 

A leading provider of fulfillment services for businesses and non-profit organizations. Our service offerings include literature & product fulfillment, Print On Demand production, private label E-Stores and custom kit assembly.

Position Summary

A great company is looking for an experienced Customer Service Call Center Associate to join our organization! We pride ourselves on our high level of satisfaction provided to our internal and external customers and we are looking for someone that does the same.

Responsibilities include:

· Answering inbound calls and emails from carriers and designated lines for multiple clients

· Providing support to Account Management team

· Order entry and handling change orders/cancellations, shipment tracking, issuing call tags and recalling shipments

· Order pick list quality control checks: updating carriers/ship methods and shipping accounts, internal routing to various departments, highlighting key information for the warehouse

· Utilize carrier web sites to determine transit times and appropriate ship dates; mark pick lists and route to designated team

· Will work on multiple e-commerce platforms

· Miscellaneous data entry

· Reception coverage

· Other projects and administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

· Reliable and punctual

· Experience in logistics/e-commerce preferred

· Must be proactive and take initiative

· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or service center support

· Great attention to detail and ability to maintain high level of accuracy

· Excellent verbal, written and listening skills

· Strong command of the English language

· Ability to multitask in a high-volume email driven environment

· Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook; Excel is a plus (data entry and basic formatting)

· Knowledge of keyboard shortcuts: copy, paste, print, switch windows

· Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a timely manner

· Demonstrate analytical and problem solving skills
