This Customer Service Rep (CSR) position works a full-time, flexible schedule based on the applicant's needs. This office position earns a competitive wage of $20 - $25/hour. As a Customer Service Rep (CSR), you are essential to our electrical services as a client-facing employee! You warmly greet all customers, both by phone and in-person as well as stay in touch with them throughout the project process so they are always well-informed and up-to-date. As a helpful individual, you assist the owners in special customer service-related projects and provide coverage for service, project, and other client experience personnel who is extremely busy or on vacation. You manage client inquiries in a timely manner, respond to social media inquiries, and keep our files updated and organized. You feel good about keeping our clients informed and happy!
