To provide service and support to our wholesale customers by providing timely information that exceeds customer expectations and enhances the company's profitability, growth, and brand loyalty. This position requires a high level of professionalism, including written and verbal communication, and system skills.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION (Other duties may be assigned):
Respond to all dealer inquiries primarily via phone calls and fax
7.5 hours phone responsibility / approx. 80 calls per day
Assist Account Coordinators with order entry orders and other tasks as needed
Perform other duties, as assigned by Supervisor.
Must be comfortable with both inbound telephone sales and have a desire to excel in a fast-paced telephone sales environment.
Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
Must possess calm/professional telephone presence.
Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills along with good problem solving skills and decision-making skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer interaction skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Must be self-motivated and results orientated.
Participate in training and meetings as required
Must be dependable, team orientated and willing to work in a changing environment.
Must be willing to conduct oneself in accordance with Company's Core Values

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
4 year College degree preferred
High School diploma, or equivalent required
1 - 2 years customer service experience
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
Ability to utilize computer systems and PC to find information and problem solve
Basic skill in Excel and MS Word
ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS / WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The employee must occasionally work in distribution as business fluctuations warrant. The noise level of the work environment is usually moderate.
