Job Description

La Quinta Inn & Suites By Wyndham in Layton, UT is looking for one PT front desk admin assistant average 24 hours per week to join our team. Possibility to grow to FT. Ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable. Hotel experience preferred.


  • **Become familiar with hotel property management system and shifts to be able to fill in shifts as needed.
  • Assist with daily replies to guest surveys
  • Monitor Social Media
  • Assist with some accounting functions
  • Assist with RFP (Request for Proposal) Sales forms
  • Assist with overseeing that logs and procedures are being adequately maintained and followed
  • Continuously looking for ways to improve the property and operations
  • Assist with HR appreciation items such as, birthday, work anniversary, holidays


  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to organize and create orderly systems
  • Experienced in computer technology that includes google docs, and social media marketing
