La Quinta Inn & Suites By Wyndham Logan in Albuquerque, NM is looking for one maintenance supervisor to join our 41 person strong team. We are located on 6101 Iliff Rd Nw. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain business cleanliness and appearance inside and outside building
• Ensure safety regulations are met
• Coordinate and facilitate maintenance and repairs
• Complete and manage daily work orders for rooms, & building & weekly PMs

Qualifications

• Experience working in maintenance preferably in a supervisory role
• Capable of learning new skills quickly
• Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
• Able to use hand and mechanical tools to ensure safety and completion of tasks

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $14.50 - $18.00/hour.
