Network Administrator

La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) is a FQHC with several locations in Southern New Mexico. For over 40 years, we have provided services to the residents of Southern New Mexico. Job Summary:

The Network Administrator is primarily responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and development of Server hardware and software, Applications and network services. The Network Administrator applies technical expertise to the solution of data integration and automation issues, and ensures that data security and integrity is maintained throughout the system.

Core Competencies:

Must have knowledge of Computer operating systems in use at LCDF including the latest versions of Windows desktop operating systems and Windows Server operating systems.

Must be familiar with Local area and wide area network hardware, configuration and protocols. Working Knowledge of VMware, Virtual Back up solutions, SAN Maintenance and configuration.

Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all employees and department needs.

Must be a self-initiating and adaptable with an ability to communicate to a variety of staff members.

Must possess good oral and written communication skills.

Must be highly organized. Must have high attention to detail.

Must maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Ability to keep relationship with dealings with clients and resources agencies.

Must be able to work and problem solve independently.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in computer science or related computer field or 8 years of relevant and related experience. Cisco and Microsoft certifications required or relevant and related experience.
