Job Description

Legends is a dynamic, fast paced marketing company seeking a detail oriented administrative assistant to execute business tasks. We are looking for someone who aims to drive company success and culture. A real go getter who has visions of growth and truly giving back to the role and the community. As we serve non profit clients, we work with ethical, goal oriented, organized and abundance minded individuals.

 

What will you be doing?

Assisting President with daily tasks, finances, team needs, event booking and planning, recruiting.

 

Pay range:

$15 hourly with bonus potential, if transitioned to full time from intern

Mileage reimbursement available


Experiend required:

Associates or Bachelors degree in business or relevant field.

5 years experience in related role

Schedule 8:30-5 with flexibility to meet goals
