Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator helps execute dynamic cross-channel digital marketing strategies that generate leads, increase website traffic, and drive new customer conversions. The ideal candidate is creative, highly motivated, organized, and a collaborative team player that thrives in fast-paced environments. The Marketing Coordinator supports the Director of Marketing's work with agencies and technology partners to develop and implement innovative marketing and advertising solutions that deliver outstanding performance.

Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing the Marketing Coordinator works closely with all departments including sales and operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with marketing and sales team to implement integrated strategies
  • Reports on performance and delivery against plan and objectives
  • Monitors PPC campaigns and makes suggestions to improve campaigns
  • Coordinates design, development and production of sales collateral
  • Sets up and executes e-mail campaigns based on provided strategy
  • Sets up, executes and oversees social media campaigns based on provided strategy working with outside agencies and technology partners as needed
  • Coordinates vendor and partner projects ensuring delivery and execution are on pace
  • Provides timely and accurate KPI reports for weekly meetings with supervisor
  • Helps develop and proof sales and marketing materials

Required Education and Skills:

  • BS/BA degree; Marketing preferred but not required
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience; product marketing preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • PPC campaign management experience
  • Basic campaign coordination experience including reporting
  • Strong computer skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Slack and MS Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines


Preferred Experience:

  • HubSpot experience strongly preferred; certification a plus
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with audience segmentation
  • Digital marketing experience in programmatic, social, and/or search experience
  • Experience editing web and media content
