LTRMN Brand Ambassador

Job purpose

Partners with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience Teams to attain maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory or geographic region. Responsible for marketing Ltrmn Brand to customers as well as conducting In-store promos, Education and Appreciation. Contribute in sustaining and growing Ltrmn’s business to achieve long-term success, by assisting Sales Managers and Customer Service in identifying opportunities, leading engagements and merchandising opportunities, and developing lasting relationships with customers.

Duties and responsibilities*

Execute most effective In-store promos in the industry:

  • Continuously expand knowledge on competition and industry in assigned geography

  • Hit and exceed monthly Promo goals

  • Develop and maintain robust knowledge of all product lines including detailed effects of cannabis

  • Work with Sales Manager and Marketing Manager to organize and execute sales and marketing programs

  • Create an atmosphere in all phases of customer interfacing that ensures Brand loyalty

  • Manage promo schedule

  • Complete promo Brief prior to each event

  • Track dissemination of merch at promos

  • Complete recap sheet and load into CRM after event

  • Mange promo equipment, tools, and materials

Educate and Appreciate Budtenders:

  • Hit and exceed monthly budtender education goals

  • Become a celebrity in your accounts

  • Evangelize Ltrmn brands in store with tact

  • Manage budtender sales promotions

  • Deliver gifts to accounts

  • Mange and track budtender merch programs

  • Mange your assigned appreciation budget

Merch:

  • Manage and inventory all of your assigned Ltrmn brands merch

  • Disperse and Manage Budtender Merch request forms

  • Track the dissemination of all Ltrmn brands merch

  • Ensure all assigned merch remains organized, labeled, and protected at all times

Own LTRMN Suite:

  • Work with Sales Manager to ensure all seats are confirmed and full for every event

  • Send tickets to guests’ day-of event two hours before tip

  • Track attendance in CRM to determine ROI

  • Maintain all elements of suite – merch, film, charges, etc.

  • Collect Suite recap information and load into CRM


Qualifications

  • Associate degree; business and marketing major preferred

  • 1+ years’ proven experience as a budtender or Brand ambassador preferred

  • Ability to respond to continually changing priorities and coordinate multiple projects

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all levels

  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Suite and CRM/Inventory software; SharePoint experience a plus

  • Exceptional organizational skills

  • Ability to effectively manage time

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Hardworking, persistent, dependable, positive and enthusiastic

Working conditions

Travel is required during working day to visit dispensaries. Core business hours are 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. Evenings and weekend work may be required. Will require working special events both indoors and outdoors.

Physical requirements**

The incumbent is required to sit for extended periods of time while driving as well as stand for long periods of time at events. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. with or without accommodation. May be required to stand for extended periods of time at events and get in and out of vehicle multiple times.

Direct reports

Incumbent does not supervise direct reports. Works closely with Sales Manager, marketing team and customer service team.
