As Senior Program Manager, International , you will be part of a growth-hungry, acceleration-minded team of problem-solvers and product-builders. In this role you will report to the head of product for our consumer product and work closely with colleagues such as international country managers, GMs, product managers, and marketers to become our source of expertise to drive consumer growth in key non-US markets. You will bring market expertise and work to make sure we have the right roadmaps and the right understanding of how to bring products to market internationally.

Who you are & What you'll do:
  • International Experience: You have overseen market growth in North American, European, and/or Asian markets and have a strong sense of the differences between them. You are knowledgeable about consumer e-commerce products in these markets and how to make customer experiences feel local.
  • Strategy Development: You will partner with senior leaders across functions to help develop a strategy for international growth and articulate that strategy broadly across our organization.
  • Engage with Product: You will engage closely with product teams to help advise and influence their roadmaps. You will level up the product organization in terms of understanding international needs and how we ensure all of our regions are considered in developing product plans.
  • Engage with country managers and international marketing efforts: You will connect international growth efforts more tightly with our product and marketing teams and help ensure that the right collaboration is happening at the right time.
  • Communication: You are an exceptional communicator and can interact well with colleagues at all levels. You are comfortable with executive-level tracking and reporting. You also enjoy cross-functional collaboration
  • Problem Solver: you are a strong problem solver. You are resilient, you are curious, you've learned to be comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Project Management: you are extremely organized and detail oriented and can track key project milestones across teams as needed. You bring order to such conversations and make sure everyone is on the same page. You find this work engaging and interesting.
  • Fluency with data: you are comfortable with using data to generate actionable insights, leveraging those insights to achieve product goals, and connecting those quantified goals to meaningful outcomes for the business.
  • Voice of the customer: you are excited to leverage user feedback in all forms (from casual conversations to formal studies) to understand how users engage with the product, make better decisions, and drive meaningful outcomes for the business.
  • Strategic impact: you want to understand and contribute to the business strategy for the team and company overall. It means bringing strategy to fruition through consistent delivery of business outcomes.

Functional requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree; your major can be anything - we love diverse educational backgrounds
  • Demonstrable record of professional and academic achievements
  • 5+ years of work experience
  • 4+ years of work experience in B2C program management, eCommerce is preferred
  • Direct experience launching features internationally, driving growth of international products and an understanding of the dynamic factors in such an enterprise
  • Experience with agile/scrum methodology
