Job Description

LTD Financial Services, L.P. is a call center located in the Westchase area. We are seeking to fill a full time positon in The Accounting/Bookkeeping Department as an Accounting Clerk. This person is responsible for assisting with accounts receivable and payables functions, month-end processing, and various other projects as assigned. 


Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30 or Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 & some Saturday’s

$15.00-$ per hour

Job Description

Process incoming payments

Process remits to the various clients

Perform basic accounting functions

Create and edit spreadsheets

Verify, sort, post, and check claims, bills, and invoices

Other duties as needed

Job Requirements

Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Solid computer and data entry skills

2 year college degree a plus

Must be able to pass a drug screen and 10 year criminal background check

1-3 years proven accounting experience

Competency in MS Office, databases, QuickBooks
