LS Technologies is currently seeking IT & Facilities Support Specialist for our Corporate Services Team. This position will provide IT helpdesk support companywide to all employees.

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining office facilities, including furniture, office equipment maintenance coordination, security systems management, and vendor coordination.
  • Work with the IT team with troubleshooting both internally and virtually to remote users. 
  • Assist Senior IT manager in deploying and enhancing Office 365 tools such as Skype for Business. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Office 365, Office 2013/2016, Windows 7, Windows 10.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues with remote users (over the phone/remote desktop access)

 Requirements

  • 2+ years related work experience
  • Knowledge of Office 365
  • Knowledge of Office 2013/2015
  • Knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10. Bonus for those with experience with A/V equipment & MacOS.
  • Ability to troubleshoot PC/printer hardware issues
  • Able to troubleshoot issues with remote users (over the phone/remote desktop access)
  • LAN/WAN networking knowledge
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
