Sales Support Administrator

LR Strategic LLC has an immediate opening for a Sales Support Admin at a top-selling, Series A cannabis company in the East Bay! Client seeking an ethos-aligned, proactive, and highly organized Sales Admin to efficiently manage and streamline day-to-day sales operations, assist with external events, and maintain a diverse, fast-paced workload as it relates to administration and sales support. This person is responsible for assisting and supporting the sales department and coordinating the team’s needs with other departments. This position will report to the Senior Director of Sales and collaborate closely with the Company Success Manager.

This role requires a high-energy, organized, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves wearing many hats. They are a multi-tasker, can shift gears between independent work and collaboration, and have a positive can-do attitude with a willingness to pitch in. They are excited by the opportunity to create order, systems and processes, and are not afraid to ask questions or ask for help. In addition, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills is a must!


Sales Support

  • Coordinate products/samples, supplies, and collateral shipments across California for Sales team and events
  • Manage inventory of sales supplies at local office locations
  • Compile, evaluate and report Sales team data metrics regularly
  • Event logistic management and execution for Sales/Outreach team
  • Identify opportunities to create new, more efficient processes and procedures and work-flows
  • Research and reporting on new ideas and concepts as it relates to revenue and growth channels
  • Maintain and update dispensary contact lists
  • Publish monthly Events Calendar to ensure all staff is up to date on industry and company-related events
  • Communicate sales-related website updates to our web team
  • Ensure distributor remains stocked with sales collateral
  • Serve as a liaison for sales-related questions from the design team and web team
  • Provide project management assistance for Sales partnerships
  • Assist Sales Managers in scheduling meetings with accounts, partners, job candidates, etc.
  • Audit and update website weekly with logos of current accounts carrying client products
  • Manage Weedmaps account and verification
  • Conduct periodic analysis of prices, brands and products across accounts/markets
  • Stock demo kits and coordinate kits across the state and with distributor


  • Ensure HQ kitchen is stocked with healthy drinks, cutlery, coffee, tea and snacks
  • Organize mail and coordinate any office shipments at HQ and local office
  • Record Inventory of office supplies at HQ and local office and work with Company Success Manager to replenish low inventory


  • An active driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables & reporting)
  • Ability to lift boxes up to 40lbs
