We are looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager that has the ability to proactively problem solve, who always strives for excellence, has a passion for customer service and has an exceptional eye for detail. We may be in a serious business but we enjoy it and we appreciate our people and all they do for our clients and colleagues. This position will: Review all applications, policies, endorsements, cancellations, and audits for accuracy Service Commercial Lines accounts as assigned Maintain documentation for all client transactions using online systems Foster strong relationships Return phone calls, voicemails, and e-mails Work closely with Producers and Account Executives The ideal candidate will have: Strong problem solving skills Proven organizational, time management, and professional communication skills Knowledge of commercial lines insurance and products Proficient computer skills Skill in developing excellent inter-personal and client relations Active listening skills with a strong attention to detail Minimum three (3) years of related customer service, broker, and/or carrier experience College degree preferred Property and Casualty license required We are a super place to work and of course our insurance plans are great!
