PURPOSE OF POSITION:

The pastry cook/baker works under the Lead Cook/Sous Chef's instructions in preparing and cooking menu items provided to customers. He/she is also responsible for keeping the workplace clean.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:

EDUCATION: Relevant associates/ bachelor's degree or higher preferred

EXPERIENCE: 1 year or more of culinary experience

• Possess a gracious, friendly, and fun demeanor.
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork.
• Results oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule: weekends, holidays, AM, PM, overnight and overtime when needed.
