The Marketing Assistant would be working across our marketing, sales, event and management teams to help support our Senior Marketing Director in helping drive our marketing campaigns for fifteen of our corporate clients in the Portland metro area. This is a great opportunity for a qualified candidate to build upon a foundation of understanding and interest in event marketing, strategic planning, a path to management and gain valuable experience with the technical and marketing elements of optimization for the Seattle area, direct social marketing, outsourcing management, and lead revenue generation for our Fortune 500 clientele.
Experience in one or more of the following marketing areas is highly desirable:
Planning, executing, and optimizing relationships within company and Fortune 500 clients as well as facilitating the high end retail events while running, overseeing, and managing promotional environments.
Assisting in creating corporate clientele campaigns.
Tracking and reporting campaign and portfolio results.
Monitoring and supporting event/marketing projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interest to develop event marketing and lead/ management generation skills.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task successfully in a deadline-intensive environment.
Ability to learn quickly, self-manage, take initiative and adapt easily to changes.
Organized and self-motivated.
