· Process sales orders and returns
· Set up and manage customer accounts
· Provide comprehensive support to the field sales force
· Consult and collaborate with hospitals, doctors, patients, clients and vendors as needed
· Adherence to the Company’s quality system relating to sales forms and functions
· Manage and resolve incoming product support and service inquiries
· Proactively follow up with customers on any open issues
· Coordinate returned goods company’s Quality System SOPs.
· Be aware of FDA QS Regulation, ISO13485, EU Medical Devices Regulations and follow the requirements per the company’s Quality Manual.
· Promptly notify QA of any Product Complaints.
· Record and maintain all customer transactions in company’s ERP system.
