The Communications and Marketing Manager (CMM) is an integral part of our Member Engagement team. The CMM supports LIFEPlan CCO by driving member and community engagement through communication and marketing campaigns as well as ensuring LIFEPlan has a positive digital footprint.



The CMM assists the Member Engagement team to develop marketing content based on strategic objectives and organizational priorities, and is responsible for creation, execution and reporting of marketing objectives. The CMM plays an important role in helping to raise awareness, developing the brand, promoting Care Coordination services, and expanding LIFEPlan's reputation throughout our regions.



The CMM administers social media marketing, communications strategy, and advertising. The CMM is a highly motivated, creative team player with experience and passion for executing strategies that make an impact.



Responsibilities and Duties:



? Support the Member Engagement?team to develop regional and global strategies and priorities for?expanding?membership.



? Manage oversight of?company brand?to increase awareness of LIFEPlan as a known and preferred Care Coordination Organization, and maintain?cohesive?presentation supporting?marketing goals.



? Report?timely,?monthly analytic reports with?clear and concise descriptions?of content performance, results and next step recommendations.



? Design, implement and optimize strategies for LIFEPlan digital properties, including website, social media, email marketing and other platforms to build awareness?and?increase engagement?to grow?LIFEPlan membership?and partners,?and?to?maximize the recruitment?of?high-quality?employees.



? Establish and maintain optimized LIFEPlan company pages on social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.

Education/Experience Requirements:



? Bachelor's?degree in the fields of?Marketing,?Business, Communications,?Public Relations,?or related?field?is preferred



? A minimum of 3?years?of?job-related?experience, specifically in?marketing, communications,?business?development is preferred



? Must be able to take initiative and see a project through to completion



? High-level Microsoft Office skills, including?presentation software?and?SharePoint



? Basic?Graphic design?and?marketing software?skills?preferred



? Excellent written and oral communication skills
