Fast-paced and growing corporate office seeks a Strategic Advisor/Technical Assistant.
The advisor works under the direction of the CEO to serve our most valued clients in the Healthcare industry. The successful advisor will drive communication and build long-term relationships to achieve employee engagement and client retention & satisfaction that produce positive business outcomes.
Work with Account Managers & Account Executives to proactively develop and maintain positive business relationships with the accounts' key decision makers.
Develop new ideas to solve current or emerging issues.
Resolve day-to-day account service issues directly, or by coordinating with internal stakeholders to a solution – quickly, efficiently, and accurately. Monitor accounts to identify potential problems and work with functional areas to avoid and/or resolve issues.
Build relationships with partners to understand the value proposition and business case aligned to our business strategy, drive decision-making, and collaborate with the business areas to implement.
Collaborate with Business Development team to identify and grow opportunities. Use client feedback to improve customer experience.
Develop an understanding of each client’s business, market and priorities. Align internal activities with the client’s business strategies and goals.
Oversee the development of client reports and coordinate report delivery with appropriate staff.
Help to develop corporate strategic positions, and related annual and long-term planning efforts.
Use customer/consumer insights to develop comprehensive strategies and plans that drive business outcomes and improve ROI in various areas.
Partner and consult with internal clients to identify, plan and execute innovation efforts. Help to better understand problems being tackled, articulate vision and define and enable success.
Provide methods and resources to support the execution of those plans.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of combined Healthcare and Consulting/Executive experience
Direct experience in contributing to the analysis of a company’s needs and business strategy development, while serving as a liaison with senior executives, external groups, and outside advisors
Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Skilled at presenting to both small and large groups.
Strong ability to establish effective working relationships within the office and with clients, vendors and others outside the company.
Extremely organized and motivated.
Results driven – Strong problem solving, critical thinking, research and analytical skills.
Solid ability to exercise initiative and judgment as well as make decisions within the scope of authority.
Dental industry knowledge a plus.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office products.
