Job Description
Job Title: HR Manager, North America
Location: Warrendale (Greater Pittsburgh Area), PA
Estimated Pay Range: $75 - 95k
Be strategic business partner to Management Team and a trusted contact to our employees in the North American Region. Continue to streamline HR processes and policies which align with goals of our organization.
EXPECTATIONS OF THIS ROLE:
?Lead and manage HR Functions, including Systems, policies and procedures
?Lead Recruitment & Retention Strategies
?Administration of Payroll
?Administration of Benefits
?Administration of HR Accounting
?Administration of Workplace Safety
?Other Duties
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
• Strong ethical standards and high level of discretion and confidentiality
• Detail & analytical thinking with creativity
• Both tactical & strategic thinking
• Must show strong sense of independence to have autonomy on projects and to take/own responsibility
• Collaborative culture and effective open communication skills
• Creative and influential to lead new processes
• Understanding of multi-cultural / - country business environment
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR
• 7+ years of work experience w/ understanding of HR practices / processes
• Spanish Highly recommended
• General understanding of HR practices/processes
