LHH is proactively recruiting for a Customer Support Specialist in Franklin Park, PA. This position is a direct hire position, fully onsite. The anticipated pay range for this position is between $20-$25/hr. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Responsibilities:
Answer phones in a professional manner Answer emails promptly and professionally from customer, suppliers, and team members Order entry Scheduling shipments Reporting any immediate issues in a timely manner regarding customers Provide forecasting to supply chain
Qualifications:
At least 3-4 years in corporate customer service Preferably manufacturing experience Must be proficient in SAP Good written and verbal communications Proficient in MS Office Suites, preferably Excel
