Bilingual Spanish HR Generalist
LHH is proactively recruiting for a Bilingual Spanish HR Generalist in Philadelphia, PA. This is a hybrid position, that is contract to hire position. If you have experience being in a Generalist role and are bilingual look no further.
Responsibilities:
Understanding leave of Absence, FMLA, and process temp timecards
Employee relations- understanding of non-exempt population
Recruiting staff
Processing employees
Updating records
Enforce safety and health policies
Qualifications:
H.S. Diploma
Must be Bilingual Spanish
Must be proficient in Google docs and excel
Organized and a good multitasker
Education:
Employment type: Contract to Hire
Salary: $30-32 depending on experience
