Personal Assistant
 
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support a cofounder of a DC-based company. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to handle a variety of tasks efficiently. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to ensure the smooth operation of the personal aspects of the principal's day to day responsibilites such as handling telephone communications, computer tasks, scheduling, planning travel, performing errands and assisting with other personal tasks. 
 
Job Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations efficiently.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work outside of regular business hours when necessary.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for running errands.
 
Employment Type:
  • Full Time
  • Onsite: 9-5 in office downtown DC, might have some flexability
 
Compensation: $75,000-$95,000
 

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
