Job Description

Hybrid Logistics Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a manufacturing company in Central Phoenix. This company is looking to add a logistics coordinator to their team. This role will require you to be fully in office for the first few months for training, but will then move to a hybrid schedule. This is a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule. Pay range is between $24/hr-$27/hr DOE.

As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the transportation and distribution of goods within the manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and optimize the transportation of materials to and from the manufacturing facility.

  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast and plan inventory levels.

  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and other relevant data.

  • Negotiate and communicate with suppliers, carriers, and other logistics partners to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.

  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement in the supply chain.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred

  • Proven experience in logistics, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid schedule after the initial in-office period.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
