Labor Finders is immediately looking to hire an EXPERIENCED BUTCHER for an area grocery store that has an urgent & long-term need.

HIRING IMMEDIATELY - WEEKLY PAY

Positions: Butcher (Grocery Store - Meat Department) 2 Years Min. Experience Required

Pay: $18-$21/Hour - Based On Required Experience

Location: Clairemont, CA Start Date: ASAP Shift: Varies (Flexibility Needed)

Length: Long-Term, Temp-To-Hire Opportunity

Availability Req.: Must be flexible to work weekdays OR weekends OR combo of both.

MEAT / FISH DEPARMENT CLERK JOB SUMMARY: Will Cut, Grind, Package, Prepare, Weigh, Price, Season and Handle various types of seafood / fish / meat. Must be able to follow the health & safety protocols and standards required. Will need to provide friendly & helpful customer service at all times and attend to various customer requests / orders, as needed. Must be able to complete any required paperwork or documentation, as needed. Will clean and sanitize work various work surfaces and areas. Will provide assistance with stocking / re-stocking of items in the meat department and other related duties.

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years of age to apply.
• Previous experience as a butcher (2 years minimum) highly preferred.
• Experience or training with use of a bandsaw.
• Must be able to follow all health and safety standards and protocols.
• Flexibility to work weekdays or weekends, schedule will vary.
• Other screening and/or requirements may apply.
