We are seeking a hard-working person who has a history of success that would enjoy being around our team and helping us take things to the next level.
This role involves answering phones, greeting clients at the front desk, calling for feedback on all showings, database entry, handwriting cards, preparation of marketing materials or whatever other tasks exist that day etc. We are a team of 10 and this person assists with projects in the office and regular weekly upkeep tasks like preparation for weekly open houses, sending cards and gifts to current clients and helping us grow!
Even as a part-time team member, you would be included in our team outings and culture which is a main selling point of our team as we are going out to Second City tonight for example! We enjoy spending time together as a team.
