The EAP Counselor:

  • provides assessment, brief solution-focused counseling, referral and follow-up services to clients
  • conducts management consultations with supervisors and HR professionals to address problem employee behaviors as needed
  • conducts employee and management presentations on work related, mental health and wellness topics as needed
  • provides critical incident response at client companies as needed

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

  • Master's Degree in a behavioral health field with current licensure required, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT
  • A MINIMUM of 3 years post graduate experience in clinical counseling
  • Substance abuse knowledge preferred
  • EAP experience a plus
