LEAP leads the world in the development and sale of cloud-based legal practice management software for small law firms on a Software as a Service (SaaS) model.

We employ more than 600 people, have offices in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the UK with more than 12,000 law firms using our software worldwide. We are seeking a Client Marketing Manager to join our highly motivated, high velocity, and highly creative marketing team.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and managing communication with the LEAP user base to increase usage and renewals, while reducing churn. You will also be responsible for developing relationships with internal stakeholders including, but not limited to, the CEO and subsequent heads of client-facing departments.

This role uniquely combines product marketing and communications and is instrumental in making sure that clients get the most out of their LEAP investment.

You will join a team of 10 experienced marketers that enjoy sharing ideas and are driven to be the best to reach their goals, and they have fun doing it!

The Client Marketing Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Working closely with the Heads of client-facing departments to:
    • Evaluate product and feature usage
    • Determine areas of opportunity for awareness and usage campaigns
    • Build and coordinate marketing campaigns for current LEAP users
  • Manage all campaigns and projects for current client marketing, including drafting marketing plans, identifying and communicating project management milestones for execution, and post-campaign reporting.
  • Create content for communication via marketing collateral, social media, emails, SMS, and digital media.
  • Provide support across client marketing channels including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, EZTexting, among others.
  • Liaise with the Marketing Operations Manager for email marketing support in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including, but not limited to, changing dynamic content and links, sending email tests and one-offs, and managing the client email platform.
  • Usage research and subsequent execution of marketing campaigns for firms up for renewal.
  • Collaborate with and align prospect and client marketing to ensure messaging is in sync and flows seamlessly regardless of where a firm is in the LEAP lifecycle.


Essential Selection Criteria
  • Minimum of 5-6 years in a hands-on marketing role.
  • Confidence to take on projects and manage deadlines to execute successful marketing projects.
  • Comfortable working in a marketing team in a hands-on role.
  • Ability to meet deadlines without supervision.
  • Clear and precise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft products.
  • Excellent copywriting and content marketing skills.

Desired Selection Criteria
  • Marketing Cloud experience.
  • Experience working in the legal industry.
  • An interest in IT/software.
