Customer Service related to private charter services for our customers. Employee will need to be very savvy with computers and well versed in Microsoft Word and Excel. It is best to type at a 60 WPM speed, but this is flexible. You will be required to talk to customers in regards to their needs and wants for their transportation requests, take detailed notes, map out the directions and check the mileage and time needed to complete the trips, calculate the cost of the trip, insert the trip in our computer system for charters and send detailed invoices, pictures, contracts, etc over to the clients and be in constant communication with them for bookings, questions and changes for their trips. Our booking system is fairly easy to learn if you are good with computers, but we will train on site for all of the required tasks. All employees are required to do small amounts of cleaning to keep the work space looking nice.
