Manager at LA0018 HWY 59/DOVE PARK

Pj's Coffee in Covington, LA is looking for a store manager to join our team. We are located on 1664 Dove Park Rd, Suite 100. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Train employees and monitor operations to ensure customers expectations are exceeded
• Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs
• Resolve conflicts that may arise from customers or employees in a professional manner
• Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place
• Hire and onboard new baristas
• Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
• Ensuring that all financial duties and reporting are completed accurately

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a store manager
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
• This is a full time position, must have open availability.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00/hour.
