Do you dream about spreadsheets and optimizing workflows? We are currently seeking a tech savvy production wizard to join our team of movers and shakers in our Twin Cities-based studio. The Production Manager role would manage all aspects of production and fulfillment. They will work closely with the fulfillment lead and studio team to make sure production, inventory, and fulfillment move seamlessly. This position will manage our team of in-house assistants and contractors, as well as working closely with our sales and marketing department to communicate supply chain issues, statuses and availability. Production Manager responsibilities would include creating a production schedule, managing raw goods and made goods inventory, purchasing the required materials, overseeing quality control, as well as ongoing training of staff and contractors on new production processes.

This position is:

  • Full-time (exempt)

  • Salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 (based on experience)

  • Benefits include: Health Insurance, Retirement IRA, and PTO

  • Monday through Friday, plus 3-4 weekends/year as needed (40+ hours per week)

  • Fully in-person at our studio/retail space - this is not a remote or hybrid position

Our ideal candidate has the following: 

  • Understanding of basic business and production concepts

  • Strong interpersonal skills in managing or supervising a team

  • Exceptional ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently

  • Ability to multitask, overseeing several operations at a time with maximum efficiency

  • Motivation to work collaboratively

  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and time management skills

  • Proficiency in GoogleSheets or Excel, inventory management, and jewelry production

  • Experience in Katana, Shopify, Trello, Airtable, Ship Station are all a plus
