We are seeking a passionate, driven, and energetic recruiter to join our growing team in San Jose, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for finding innovative and creative ways to identify, attract, recruit, and retain top talent for a variety of roles ranging from technicians to senior-level engineers and program managers, to developers of global strategy and initiatives.



  • Interface with the business teams - sales, delivery, support services - to fully understand the jobs which are assigned to you to ensure that you are sourcing the right candidates to meet the expectations of the end-customer
  • Coordinate with vendor agencies to identify top priorities related to the requirement, ensure clear and consistent feedback for the candidates which are submitted to the requirements
  • Identify and address any challenges in sourcing efforts with the business to proactively seek out the alternative, creative methods to locate, identify and attract top talent
  • Remain current with evolving trends and new technologies related to the customers' assigned to you, as well as best practices in the recruiting field to stay ahead and relevant to job seekers
  • Seek out new vendor agencies to support ongoing needs and niche, hard-to-find areas of talent
  • Develop strategies to create an active and passive talent pipeline to have candidates readily available for active requirements as they arise with the business and our customers
  • Utilize search strings, SEO, templates, and creative application of best practices, industry standards, and available tools to source talent for growth and investment opportunities
  • Administer all data and information related to your assigned requirements within the HRIS system (iCIMS) to track data, profile submissions, candidate status, delivery feedback, interviews, and reporting for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets and leadership requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • An Associate's Degree in a related field (Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, etc) is required
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is strongly preferred
  • Three or more years of hands-on recruitment experience in which you were responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of highly specialized individuals to fill STEM roles, in a fast-paced and consistently evolving environment
  • Must be highly organized with a high attention to detail to complete a majority of your work:
  • Managing data for candidates in HRIS (iCIMS System)
  • Coordinate with vendor agencies to ensure a consistent flow of candidates and feedback
  • Create reports for leadership related to requirements and workflow data
  • Meet KRAs related to talent acquisition including timelines, number of submissions, number of hires, etc
  • Must be able to easily and effectively interface with technology for a variety of needs:
  • Strong data entry skills - speed and accuracy is critical in this role
  • High proficiency with the internet, social media, and boolean search strings
  • Prior knowledge of iCIMS is a plus; at a minimum, a similar tool used such as Taleo, Kronos, MyStaffingPro, etc
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office software suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal - to collaborate and coordinate with candidates, vendors, operations, and sales teams; at all levels of the organization, both onsite, remote, and offshore
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with competing deadlines and competing priorities
  • Able to effectively escalate issues to the key stakeholders to ensure timely responsiveness and consistent movement and updates of candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Previous experience or knowledge with the USCIS immigration process, visa statuses, and work authorization is highly desired
  • Previous experience sourcing and/or recruiting talent for highly specialized roles in Automotive, Aerospace, Off-Highway, Medical Devices, Energy, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Manufacturing, Robotics, AI, High-Tech, Telecom, IoT, etc
  • Previous experience with negotiating salary, benefits, and terms of employment is desired
  • Previous experience coordinating with vendor agencies or other staffing organizations is desired
